WARRANTY

All our timepieces come with a 5-year international warranty.

Only watches that have passed our strictest quality controls reach your hands.

RETURN

RETURN & AFTER-SALES SERVICE

The buyer has a right of return within 14 days of receipt of the order. To proceed with a return, the customer must contact the after-sales service via serviceclient@apogeewatches.com or the contact form and provide the information relating to the order concerned so that we can process your request. The product must be returned no later than fourteen days after you have informed APOGEE Watches of your decision to cancel.

 

The product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging. After examination by our customer service department, and if the product in question is indeed returned in mint condition (without scratches or other traces of handling), the amount of the purchase, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded to the customer upon reception of the merchandise by APOGEE.

CANCELLATION WITHOUT FEES

The customer may modify or cancel the order in order to obtain an exchange or a refund as long as the order has not been dispatched by the postal service selected on the APOGEE Watches website.

The customer may therefore modify or cancel the order free of charge by contacting customer service on the after-sales service page, or by replying to the order confirmation email.

WARRANTY

All APOGEE Watches come with a five-year warranty
against manufacturing defects.

 

CONTACT US

You can contact us by email at support@apogeewatches.com, the problem encountered and specifying your order number. We will then send you a pre-paid return label and an after-sales service form to complete.

 

SHIPMENT

Before sending us your watch, please take clear photos for your personal records and then, Pack your watch carefully so that it is not damaged during delivery with the completed after-sales service form in your shipment and affix the prepaid returns label to your parcel.

SERVICE

Upon receipt in our workshop, our watchmakers will inspect your watch. If your watch shows signs of impact or if the damage is due to mishandling, we will send you a quotation. Otherwise, our watchmakers will carry out repairs within approximately 3 weeks.

DELIVERY AND RETURN

Once your watch has been repaired, an email will be sent to you for confirmation, with a tracking number. In your parcel, you will find a note from our watchmakers detailing all the repairs that have been carried out.

​LEGAL

All orders placed on this website are made with a company registered at the Commercial Court of Paris and comply with French and International Trade Laws. The circulation of funds is therefore just as transparent as the origin of our products.
