HOW TO SET THE DATE
AND TIME ?
IT IS SOMETIMES NECESSARY TO UPDATE THE DATE, AND DESPITE THE PRECISION OF YOUR TIMEKEEPER, IT WILL ALSO BE NECESSARY TO UPDATE THE HOURS AND MINUTES.

01
UNSCREW THE CROWN
Unscrew the crown by turning it anticlockwise to release it and place it in the winding position. If your watch is equipped with a screwless indicator, you should be able to see the red tube.
02
SET THE DATE
Place the crown in the date setting position by pulling the crown out one notch, then turn the crown clockwise. As your watch is equipped with a quick-setting function, the date will scroll in the aperture, incrementing from day to day.

03
SET HOURS AND MINUTES
Without forcing, pull the winder rod as far as it will go. The movement is equipped with a stop-seconds function that locks the seconds hand for precise adjustment. Turn the crown in either direction until the hands indicate the desired time.
04
SCREW THE CROWN BACK ON
Push the crown into the winding position. Then press down on the crown, turning it clockwise. Make sure the crown is correctly screwed in. Some models have a red indicator which, if visible, shows that the crown is not correctly screwed in.
